The IPPF Colloquium

The Colloquium is the centrepiece of IPPF’s activities. It provides a forum for its members to discuss matters of critical and contemporary importance in the field of the prevention of crime and the treatment of offenders, with particular focus on penal and penitentiary issues, along with local experts and international speakers.

The IPPF Colloquium is a members-only event. As the IPPF maintains a link with national governments through the way its members are appointed, and in keeping with its focus on administrative, judicial, and academic matters, it is a key priority that each Colloquium be organised in close collaboration with the national authorities of the host country.
